THE PEOPLE UNDER THE STAIRS Actor Sean Whalen To Star in Vampire Thriller BENEATH US ALL
Remember the Wes Craven horror film The People Under The Stairs? I loved that film when I was growing up and I was especially fond of the character Roach, who was played by Sean Whalen. You’d also recognize him from Twister and a few other projects. Well, the actor has landed the lead role in a new vampire thriller titled Beneath Us All.
The story follows Julie, played by Angelina Danielle Cama, “a foster child heading for her 18th birthday. She finds an item buried in the woods with something unspeakable inside.” Whalen plays a character named Todd, “Julie’s stepfather, who struggles with his gambling issues.”
The film will be directed by Harley Wallen (Abstruse) from a screenplay by Brett Miller (Ash And Bone). The series also stars Maria Olsen (Paranormal Activity 3), Yan Birch (Agramon’s Gate), Kaiti Wallen (Eternal Code), Vida Ghaffari (The Mindy Project), Michael Alexander (Moving Parts) and Wallen himself. Production starts in April in Lake Orion, Michigan.
