The POKEMON TCG to Celebrate 25 Years with the CELEBRATIONS Collection Releasing in October
The Pokémon Company recently announced the Pokémon Trading Card Game: Celebrations Collection to celebrate 25 years. The collection will feature nine products with something for everyone. Each booster pack in the Celebrations expansion will contain 4 uniquely designed cards with foil treatments and a 25th anniversary logo.
The cards span characters from all regions including Professor Oak, Pikachu, and Zamazenta. There will also be 25 cards that have been designed to be close remakes of iconic cards like Base Set Charizard, Tapu Lele-GX, and Umbreon ☆. Talking about the event, Barry Sams said:
The Pokémon Trading Card Game has always been an iconic pillar of the Pokémon brand, and it’s been a joy to see the community continue to grow while bonding with family and friends over a common love of the Pokémon TCG. We look forward to commemorating this milestone with a new collection of products that Trainers of all types and ages will enjoy as they celebrate 25 years of Pokémon.
