Abbott: 1973 is an interesting comic from writer Saladin Ahmed, artist Sami Kivelä, colorist Mattia Iacono, and letterer Jim Campbell. The series is set to last for 5 issues and brings fans back to the world of Abbott but in 1973. In case you’re unfamiliar, the series follows the titular Abbott who is an unstoppable black reporter in Detroit who has to deal with supernatural threats.
