The Highly Anticipated Anime THE PROMISED NEVERLAND Will Stream on Amazon Prime in Japan When it is Released

Many anime fans have been excited to see the anime adaptation of The Promised Neverland and now we have some new details.

First, we have a release window of January 2019. Second, it will be available via Amazon Video if you’re in Japan. Hopefully, it will extend to outside Japan. If you don’t know anything about The Promised Neverland, here’s a quick synopsis:

Emma, Norman and Ray are the brightest kids at the Grace Field House orphanage. And under the care of the woman they refer to as “Mom,” all the kids have enjoyed a comfortable life. Good food, clean clothes and the perfect environment to learn—what more could an orphan ask for? One day, though, Emma and Norman uncover the dark truth of the outside world they are forbidden from seeing.

The anime will be directed by Mamoru Kanobe with Toshiya Ohno working on series composition, Kazuaki Shimada on character design, and Takahiro Obata composing the music. The current voice cast includes Sumire Morohoshi for Emma, Mariya Ise for Ray, and Norman will be voiced by Maaya Uchida.
