The Runtime For SOLO: A STAR WARS STORY Has Been Confirmed

Any time I go to see a film, I like to know an estimate of how long I’ll be at the theater so that I can appropriately plan my day. That’s why I was excited to find out just how long Solo: A Star Wars Story would be.

According to CBM, the film will run 2 hours and 15 minutes. That is pretty standard for Star Wars films as The Force Awakens had the same runtime and Rogue One ran a little shy at 2 hours and 13 minutes. Not to mention Return of the Jedi and The Phantom Menace both ran for 2 hours and 16 minutes. Of course, The Last Jedi currently holds the record for longest Star Wars film at an impressive 2 hours and 32 minutes.

Board the Millennium Falcon and journey to a galaxy far, far away in Solo: A Star Wars Story, an all-new adventure with the most beloved scoundrel in the galaxy. Through a series of daring escapades deep within a dark and dangerous criminal underworld, Han Solo meets his mighty future copilot Chewbacca and encounters the notorious gambler Lando Calrissian, in a journey that will set the course of one of the Star Wars saga’s most unlikely heroes.
