The RWBY Manga is Set to Hit Stores Next Week

If you don’t know what RWBY is, I recommend you check it out. It’s a web anime series made by Rooster Teeth (the guys that make Red vs Blue) that follows a team of young girls, Ruby, Weiss, Blake, and Yang, as they train to become huntresses and defend the world from Grimm. The show is fantastic and I highly recommend it. You can find it on YouTube as well as Rooster Teeth's site. That being said, the RWBY manga that was published in Viz Media’s Shonen Jump, will now make its way to stores starting January 16, 2018. According to Anime Mojo, Senior Editor at Rooster Teeth Joel Enos describes the manga as follows:

“The RWBY manga works as a prequel to the animated series. The chapters include previously unseen backstory about Ruby, Weiss, Yang, and Blake, all enhanced by Shirow Miwa’s artwork.”
