THE SEVEN DEADLY SINS: WRATH OF THE GODS Anime Series Announced
Apparently, fans of The Seven Deadly Sins are in for a treat as they are going to be getting a new anime series later this year. The Seven Deadly Sins: Wrath of the Gods is the name of the project, but it’s not clear what exactly it is. The current theory is that it will be another OVA similar to The Seven Deadly Sins: Signs of Holy War which took place between the first two seasons. Hopefully we learn more about this soon as this definitely has my interest piqued. I would’ve thought maybe it was a prequel series or something, but the art shows Elizabeth.
Wrath of the Gods is currently set to release this Fall and is being directed by Susumu Nishizawa with the voice cast returning as well. What do you think this series will be? It is also interesting to note that Studio A-1 will not be involved, but rather Studio DEEN is taking over the reins.
