The SPIDER-MAN: INTO THE SPIDER-VERSE Sequel Needs to Introduce Leopardon!

Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse was my favorite film of 2018 and I’m excited to see franchise grow and see what’s in store for the sequel.

We already know that one major aspect of the story will focus on the relationship of Mile Morales and Spider-Gwen. But like the first film, it’s sure to be filled with all kinds of different characters and plot elements.

There is one Spider-Man character that some fans would love to see introduced in the sequel, and that is Spider-Man’s giant mecha suit Leopardon! Leopardon comes from Japan’s iconic Spider-Man TV series, and it would be so freakin’ cool to see the giant robot in action in the Spider-Verse!

I was hoping to see Leopardon on the big screen in Ready Player One because it was in the book, but that didn’t happen. But now there’s a chance to make it happen in the Spider-Verse sequel!

It’s not too far-fetched to think that it could happen. After all Spider-Man 2099 was introduced in the post credits scene of Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse, and he had a hand in rebuilding Leopardon after it was destroyed. So if they wanted to connect the two, they totally could!

Here’s what people are saying on social media:

Would you like to see Leopardon introduced in the next Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse movie?
