The Trailer For Netflix's New Series THE I-LAND Feels a Lot Like LOST
Netflix has released a trailer for a new series called The I-Land, and as you’ll see it’s very similar to ABC’s Lost. Yeah, there are some key differences, but for the most part it’s very much a series that was heavily inspired by Lost.
The series centers on a group of strangers who find themselves waking up marooned on an island after their plane crashes. There’s a mystery regarding this island and why these people are there. They have no memories of their past and they have to go through a series of challenges that the island is going to throw at them in order to make it off the alive. Here’s the brief synopsis:
Chosen… tested… a group of strangers will soon find out that paradise isn’t all it seems. Find out what darker realities lies beneath the surface on the new thrilling Netflix Limited Series, The I-Land.
The cast for the series includes Kate Bosworth, Alex Pettyfer, Natalie Martinez, Michelle Veintimilla, and more. The series drops on September 12th and I probably won’t watch it because it doesn’t really look that good or interesting.
