The Umbrella Academy star David Castañeda has joined the cast of writer and director Rian Johnson’s (Knives Out) upcoming drama series, Poker Face. Castañeda joins previously cast actors Natasha Lyonne (Orange is the New Black, Russian Doll), Joseph Gordon-Levitt (50/50, 500 Days of Summer), and Stephanie Hsu (The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Everything Everywhere All at Once) in the Peacock series.

Plot and character details for the 10-episode series are being kept largely under wraps, though sources say the show will follow a procedural format and see Lyonne’s character working to solve different murders in each episode.

I love this cast so far, so I am looking forward to checking this series out.
