The Worlds Largest Nerf Gun Shoots Giant Darts At 50 Miles-Per-Hour
We’re big fans of Nerf guns here at GeekTyrant, we’ve had our fair share of Nerf battles, and I own an arsenal of Nerf guns. So it’s pretty exciting that YouTube user Michael Pick took it upon himself to build the world’s largest Nerf gun!
The gun measures in at 12.5 ft long and it weighs over 200 lbs. The best part about it, though, is that is can fire giant 12" Nerf darts at over 50 mph!!! The creator said that “Guinness World Record is pending.”
The gun was made mostly from plywood with 3D printing used to create the more intricate detail parts. The darts are made PVC pipe covered in foam with 3D-printed plastic tips. The fire power comes from a 3,000 PSI paintball air tank.
