THE X-FILES is Getting Its Own Kids Book Called EARTH CHILDREN ARE WEIRD
There's an X-Files children's book coming to help ease young kids into the wonderfully dark and mysterious world of The X-Files. The book is called The X-Files: Earth Children Are Weird and it was written by Kim Smith.
The story features kid versions of Agent Mulder and Agent Sculley going on a camping adventure. According to EW, it "sees the best pals go camping in a backyard during an overnight sleepover — complete with a fancy tent. Only, the night doesn’t go as planned as young Mulder and Scully encounter all sorts of strange lights and sounds. And as the exclusive excerpts below show, both characters react in classic fashion: Mulder attributes the strangeness to aliens, and Scully searches for a rational explanation… if there is one."
If you're a parent, aunt, or uncle who ar looking to be a geeky influence on the kids in the family to help raise them right, this seems like a book you've got to get them. The X-Files: Earth Children Are Weird hits stores on August 29 and you can pre-order it here.
