Now that Skyscraper has arrived in theaters its worth taking a look back at all the other movies that have paved the road leading to Dwayne Johnson's latest adventure. There are dozens of great films that take place entirely in the tall structures known as high-rise buildings. The urban towers are often used as a plot device to isolate the characters from the outside world, or put them in much greater danger than if they were just standing on the ground.
