Kicking off with a film in 1986 it went on to create more films and a television series featuring immortal warriors fighting in centuries long battles against each other. Highlander Cinematic Adventure (affiliate link) is an officially licensed supplement from Evil Genius Games set in the world of Highlander. You will need a copy of the core rulebook for Everyday Heroes to be able to play, but it sounds like any fan of the franchise would have a ton of fun with this.

Everyday Heroes is a system designed to have grand adventures in a modern setting based on d20 Modern. The supplement has rules for everything you need including dueling for epic fights and of course mechanics for taking your opponents head. There is also a feature length adventure in the book, A Measure of Revenge, “Stand at the side of Joan of Arc and help her achieve legendary victory at the Siege of Orléans, then follow a mystery whose threads lead to modern-day New York City, a museum heist, and revenge”.
