There is a 40% chance Apple Could acquire Netflix

In the last few years there have been some major mergers and acquisitions in the entertainment business, most recently Disney's purchase of 20th Century Fox and these mergers are reshaping the industry as a whole. Now analysts are saying there is 40% chance that Apple could purchase mega home streaming service Netflix.

Business Insider reports that Citi analysts have made that prediction based on the recent tax cut bill passed. The analysts ranked potential targets for Apple, Netflix was the company Apple would most likely be interested in. 

Apple has for years struggled to keep up with services like Netflix, Amazon or Hulu this move would make sense for the media giant.
