Daredevil Season 3 viewers have spotted a reference to Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. that appears in the background of a scene involving Karen Page. For those who missed it, you’ll specifically get a chance to see it when we first see Karen working in her office at the newspaper.

We’re sure you noticed the headline referencing the Avengers, but there was another one titled “Blackout Cripples N.Y.” Those who watch Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D know that’s a shout out to Season 4, which featured a blackout that affected the entire city.

Sure, that’s not exactly a very specific call out, and blackouts happen in the actual New York City so why couldn’t the newspaper just be referencing that? Screenrant reported the ABC series has dropped a handful of references to the Marvel Netflix series, which means they may be tied more closely than any skeptics may believe.

Did you notice the Easter Egg before we reported it? Do you think there’s ever a chance Daredevil and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D collide?
