There's Another TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES Movie Reboot in Development
It looks like Paramount Pictures is developing another movie reboot of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and they are looking to start production on it next year!
Producers Michael Bay, Andrew Form, and Brad Fuller of Platinum Dunes will be back to produce the film with Andrew Dodge (Bad Words, Space Jam 2), writing the script. Form dropped the news at the Critics’ Choice Awards saying:
“We’re doing a reboot of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles at Paramount. That is looking like production at the end of the year.”
Fuller then jumped in and said:
“Did you just give something away? Oh boy. We did the preceding two Turtle movies, but I didn’t know that we were saying that we’re making it, but that’s good to know!”

I was not a big fan of the first two Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles films that were made under this producing team. These films should have been so much better, but there is a fanbase that seemed to enjoy them.
It’ll be interesting to see what they have in store for the upcoming reboot. I’m curious to see how they handles the characters and story this next time around. I hope that it ends up being more inspired by the original comic book source material created by Kevin Eastman and Kevin Laird.
What do you think about TMNT getting a new movie reboot? What would you like to see from it?
