These Are the 10 Highest Grossing Video Game Films

Movies based on video games are rarely even decent. However, that doesn’t mean that they don’t make a lot of money. FragHero made a video at the start of 2017 that highlights the 10 movies based on video games that had the highest gross worldwide. The list is a little surprising at points; only one Pokemon movie is on there and it’s really low, but overall, not too surprising. The only problem is that there have been some more recent movies that belong on the list. The three films that should be added include:

• Tomb Raider - $273,521,715 – Rank: 8

• Resident Evil: The Final Chapter - $312,257,250 – Rank: 5

• Rampage - $426,245,950 – Rank: 2
