Things Start Out Not So Good in MIGHTY MORPHIN #22 Preview
At the end of Mighty Morphin #21, we left Kim and Tommy having just activated the experimental Metallic Armor upgrade. Oh, and some Ranger enemies from different seasons like Ransik showed up in this pocket dimension that they’re in. Well, we have a preview for Mighty Morphin #22 and it is not starting out with much hope for our two Rangers. The villains make pretty quick work of the heroes with Ransik even causing Tommy to de-morph. That being said, it’s interesting to think about the synopsis that mentions the return of a Ranger. I’m a little confused about who it may be since none of the Rangers have left. Is it someone from Grace’s team?
A RANGER RETURNS! With their help, the team can finally stand a chance in battle, but not without consequences. Will the Rangers forge a new path together despite their differences? Meanwhile, Kim receives some much-needed perspective from a fellow Ranger, offering her a glimpse of hope for the future. As the dust begins to settle, will this Mighty Morphin team settle on a sense of identity, and discover their true role in the universe?
Fans can read Mighty Morphin #22 on August 3. The comic is written by Mat Groom (Ultraman) with art by Moisés Hidalgo (Dark Blood), colors by Raúl Angulo, and letters by Ed Dukeshire. The main cover comes from InHyuk Lee and variants will be available from Eleonora Carlini, Monika Palosz, and Vincenzo Riccardi.
