Third-Party Keyboard and Mouse For PS4
Last week, we posted an announcement that Microsoft is bringing USB keyboard and mouse support to their XBOX One. I know a lot of FPS fans were very happy to hear that, as a lot of times you just can't get the pinpoint accuracy you want with a pair of analog sticks that you can with a mouse. But for those of us who went the Sony route, there is no word of keyboard and mouse support on our horizon.
But there is good news! Third-party controller developer HORI is in the works of bring us a functioning FPS controller known as the Tactical Assault Commander. Ditching the classic DualShock for a keyboard and mouse could be just what the doctor ordered if you suck at console FPS games like I do. The controller will also be backwards compatible with your PS3, so if you haven't made the upgrade yet you can still rock this bad boy when you're playing Borderlands with all your buddies.
The Tactical Assault Commander will be available for purchase November 30th of this year and will retail out of Japan for ¥14,904 (about $120). While I'd still like to see keyboard and mouse support make its way to the PS4, I suppose this will have to do until then.
