This Classic Batmobile Sculpture Also Plays the 1960s Theme Song

I'm still sad at the death of actor Adam West, who I think may have been the first actor I ever saw play a superhero in film or television. I liked the 1960s Batman show when I was growing up, but I was obsessed with the movie, which I watched on what must have been a weekly basis during a long stretch of my childhood.

Seeing this handcrafted, hand-painted, classic Batmobile sculpture — which lights up, features recreations of West's Batman and Burt Ward's Robin, and plays the TV show's theme song — brings back great memories and puts a smile on my face. You can pre-order one of these for $99.99, and they start shipping in mid-December this year.
