The concept art you see here features a very different version of Doctor Strange that would have appeared in director Scott Derrickson’s version of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
This art was created by concept artist Darrell J. Warner, who posted it on his personal Instagram with a caption explaining that the design came from Derickson's vision for Doctor Strange 2.
The art features a smiling Strange wearing a red fez and matching robe and doing magic tricks on a street corner. I imagine this is one of many different versions of strange that we might have seen in the multiverse. This design is very light and playful.
