This FRANKENSTEIN Poster Art Kicks Off a Series of Universal Monster Prints From Bottleneck Gallery

Bottleneck Gallery and Vice Press have secured the licensing rights from Universal for the classic monster movies and they have teamed up to create and sell poster art that pays homage to movies like Frankenstein, Dracula, The Mummy, The Invisible Man, The Bride of Frankenstein, The Wolf Man, Phantom of the Opera, and Creature From The Black Lagoon.

There are different artist who have been hired to create these prints and they are kicking off this new series of art with James Whale‘s 1931 adaptation of Frankenstein, which starred the legendary Boris Karloff. This poster was created by artist Anthony Petrie and it’s both grotesque and beautiful.

I love these Universal monster films and it’s so cool that after nearly a hundred years, they are still held in high regard for the timeless stories they told.

There is a Regular Edition for $50 and a Glow-in-the-Dark variant for $65. The posters go on sale on today, Tuesday, May 19, 2020, and can be purchased at Vice Press and Bottleneck Gallery‘s websites. Check out the two prints below.
