This Guy Built Rey's Blaster and it Shoots Glow Sticks That Look Like Laser Blasts!
Cosplayers are constantly making their own props for their costumes. Some people like to modify toys to make something a bit more dangerous. This guy is known for the latter, but this time he’s made a prop that works more like a toy which is great news for cosplayers. Joerg Sprave has built his own version of Rey’s blaster from the new Star Wars trilogy that will fire a projectile that mimics blaster bolts without getting cosplayers into trouble: glow sticks. Break the glow stick, load it into the chamber, and you’ve got a homemade blaster bolt.
