This is What SCARFACE Would Look Like as a 1980s Video Game

Brian De Palma's 1983 movie Scarface is beloved by many, but all of the people who love and idolize its rags-to-riches story seem to forget about its ending. They remember the catchphrases - I can't count the number of times "say hello to my little friend!" has been parodied in pop culture - but not the bloody conclusion. I actually think that Scarface is a terrible movie in general, but that it's undoubtedly a cultural touchstone and iconic piece of filmmaking from De Palma and writer Oliver Stone.

The gang at Cinefix has put together a new 8-Bit Cinema video to celebrate the movie, and as someone who doesn't like the movie, this is a much more fun way to trace the highs and lows of this story.
