This Robot May Not Run Fast, But He Will Catch You Eventually

Boston Dynamics, a company that is essentially the real-life Skynet, just won't stop optimizing robots to become killing machines. The company's latest innovation has been revealed, and humans were treated to Atlas, the same robot that can do backflips and carry boxes, running at a somewhat slow pace on uneven land. Now, he's not the fastest robot out there, but you gotta remember running for your life is more of an endurance game than anything. Being fast doesn't mean anything if the person in pursuit of you is rocking an Energizer battery that just keeps going and going and going. 

Basically if these robots keep getting optimized at this rate, we're going to be dead in the next decade. Anyone disagree with that statement? Let me know in the comments:
