This Video From TED Ed Explains Why We Feel Nostalgia
Like many of you, I have certain triggers that spark nostalgic emotions. It’s a feeling that many of us enjoy, it’s something that some people seek out and try to capture. For me, an example would be the music I grew up listening to, the movies I grew up watching, and the toys I grew up playing with.
