Thomas Jane Is Taken Hostage by Emile Hirsch in Trailer for the New Thriller DIG
Saban Films has released a trailer for an upcoming crime thriller titled Dig. The film stars Thomas Jane as a father who is held hostage along with his daughter (Harlow Jane) by an unhinged couple (Emile Hirsch, Liana Liberato), and they are forced to dig for something that’s buried on their property.
The film comes from director K. Asher Levin (Sweetie Pie, Cougars Inc.), and it "promises to be heart-stopping and action-packed, and is sure to showcase some great fight sequences.” I like the cast, and it actually looks like it could be a decent movie.
The story follows “a widowed father and his daughter who suffers from major hearing loss whose house is up for demolition. After arriving at the construction site they are soon taken hostage by a dangerous couple, who will stop at nothing to retrieve what lies beneath the property. The father and daughter must work together to outsmart their captors and survive the grueling night.
Saban Films will release Dig in select US theaters and on VOD on September 23rd, 2022.
