Ti West Set to Direct Dark Comedy Series BLOODLUST Written by Halsey for Amazon

Director Ti West (MaXXXine) is set to direct a dark comedy series Bloodlust for Amazon that is being written by singer and songwriter Halsey, who is also set to serve as the creator and executive producer.

West and Halsey, whose given name is Ashley Frangipane, previously worked together on the film MaXXXine in which Halsey took on the role of Tabby Martin.

Unfortunatley, we don’t have any story details to share on the project, but it’s apparently been in development at Amazon for quite a while.

Mark Friedman (Severance, Dispatches From Elsewhere) is se to executive produce the show and act as showrunner. Anthony Li, Halsey’s manager, also executive produces. Amazon MGM Studios will produce.
