Tim Burton’s BATMAN and BATMAN RETURNS Are Headed Back to Theaters With a Dolby Cinema Upgrade
Tim Burton’s legendary takes on the Dark Knight with Batman (1989) and Batman Returns (1992) are headed back onto the big screen for one night only, on August 25, in a remastered, all-out Dolby Cinema experience at over 160 AMC Theatres across the U.S.
This is the first time both films will be presented in Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos, giving fans the chance to see and hear Burton’s gothic vision like never before. Think deeper blacks, sharper contrasts, more vivid colors and surround sound that completely immerses you in Gotham’s eerie streets and sky-splitting Batwing flyovers.
