T.J. Miller Won't Return To SILICON VALLEY For Season 5

I love to hate T.J. Miller's Silicon Valley character, Erlich Bachman. He's a hilariously annoying character and unfortunately, he won't be back for the fifth season of HBO's brilliant comedy series. HBO confirmed the Miller's departure with the following statement:

"The producers of Silicon Valley and T.J. Miller have mutually agreed that T.J. will not return for season 5. In Erlich Bachman, T.J. has brought to life an unforgettable character, and while his presence on the show will be missed, we appreciate his contribution and look forward to future collaborations."

So why did Miller leave? He's just got too damn busy working on other projects. He just launched a new series on Comedy Central called The Gorberger Show, he's coming back for Deadpool 2, and he's going to be crazy busy promoting his next film, The Emoji Movie. Some of the other projects he's got include Steven Spielberg's Ready Player One, a western called Walden, a thriller called Underwater, and How to Train Your Dragon 3.

As for the rest of the ensemble cast, made up of Thomas Middleditch, Zach Woods, Kumail Nanjiani, Martin Starr, Josh Brener, Amanda Crew, Matt Ross, Jimmy O. Yang and Suzanne Cryer... they are all expected to return.

I'm sure Miller's character will be missed by the fans, but even with his departure, I know the Mike Judge-created series is still going to continue to be amazing entertainment.
