Tom Cruise Hosts Screening of MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE - FALLOUT On a 2,000-foot Cliff
By now everyone knows that Tom Cruise isn't afraid to do his own stunts in his movies, even if they put his life at risk. That includes his latest chapter in the Mission: Impossible franchise. Cruise literally put his life and limb at risk in all of the stunts he performed in Mission: Impossible - Fallout, even breaking one of his legs during one of those dangerous stunts. It's clear he's not afraid to make the Impossible, possible. And that's exactly what he did for 2,000 lucky people in Norway.
Cruise hosted a special screening at the top of Preikestolen, a very popular cliff in Norway that draws thousands of tourists every year and has a nearly 2,000-foot drop all the way down to jagged rocks down below. On his social media accounts, Cruise posted this incredible photo that shows a large crowd of people huddled under a movie screen at the top of a cliff that looks like its straight out of The Lord of the Rings. I just so happens to be that this is the very same cliff that Cruise fights the main villain in the final scene of Fallout.
But if you're bummed you missed out on such an incredible cinematic experience you should know that everyone had to hike for 4 hours before they could even watch the movie. You can see Cruise's post below.
Mission: Impossible - Fallout is now in theaters!
