Tom Cruise Jumps Out of a Plane for MISSION IMPOSSIBLE: DEAD RECKONING Stunt and Gives Shout Out to TOP GUN Fans
Action star Tom Cruise has had a great year, with the biggest movie of the year at the box office with Top Gun: Maverick, and now he’s moved on to shooting Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Parts 1 & 2, the seventh and eighth films in the M:I franchise. He’s always pushing the action envelope, and showing fans how far he is willing to go to make an awesome movie.
While shooting the upcoming movies in South Africa with director Christopher McQuarrie, Cruise decided to shoot a little video thanking fans of Top Gun: Maverick while he happened to be jumping out of a plane. It’s an awesome shot, and it gives fans a little taste of what we can expect in the next Mission: Impossible movies, the first of which is set to drop in the next year.
