Tom Hiddleston Talks About the Full Circle Conclusion He Felt in the LOKI Season 2 Finale

Marvel actor Tom Hiddleston has been playing the character Loki in the MCU since the first Thor movie in 2011. He has appeared in several films, and two seasons of his own show, and the actor is now reflecting on what it felt like to wrap the namesake series.

In a recent interview on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon (via comingsoon), Hiddleston was asked about the Disney+ show’s second season finale. Hiddleston didn’t spoil anything for those who haven’t watched it, but described how this episode was a conclusion to more than just Loki Season 2.

“I will say this: It all comes full circle. It’s the conclusion to Season 2. It’s also the conclusion to Season 1 and 2. It’s also the conclusion to six films and 12 episodes and 14 years of my life … I was 29 when I was cast, I’m 42 now. It’s been a journey … In the finale, there are echoes and resonances of every version of Loki that I’ve played.”

This is cool to hear. I’m so glad Loki got a second season and Hiddleston was able to have this moment. He has been the perfect Loki for our MCU, and I have really enjoyed watching his story continue to unfold. All episodes of Loki Season 2 are available to watch now on Disney+.
