Tom Holland Found it Difficult to Work with Chris Pratt on INFINITY WAR But in a Good Way

Tom Holland is one of the newest recruits for the Marvel Cinematic Universe. He debuted as Peter Parker/Spider-Man in Captain America: Civil War before getting his own film, Spider-Man: Homecoming. Holland has also been my favorite Spider-Man to date. Toby Maguire was an ok Peter Parker but lousy Spider-Man and Andrew Garfield was the exact opposite. Holland has done a fantastic job of being a nerdy, dweeby Peter Parker and a wisecracking Spider-Man. From everything I’ve heard, he’s been great to work with, too. He always seemed optimistic and pleasant in interviews. That’s why I found it hard to believe he would have a problem with anyone, let alone Chris Pratt. It turns out that it was a positive note that Holland struggled to work with Pratt. Cinemablend quoted Holland as saying:

Working with Chris Pratt was pretty awesome. He is so funny, he’s so fun, and he has such great stories about his career and about the industry, and he’s also just super talented, you know? I found it quite difficult, because he would make me laugh so much. He’s the man, I absolutely love him.

It makes me happy that the two seemed to have so much fun. I’m freaking stupid excited about Avengers: Infinity War. With all the trailers and TV spots, plus knowing that only a select few people know how the film will play out, just ramps up my anticipation. If this is not the best Marvel movie, Marvel will have hell to pay.

Avengers: Infinity War will premiere April 27, 2018.
