Tom Holland Says Marvel One-Shots are Making a Comeback
One of the best things about the Marvel Cinematic Universe, in my honest opinion, has been the Marvel One-shots. Remember the 5-10 minute videos that just added a layer to the Marvel world. Sometimes there to fix and tease something, like the Mandarin One-Shot. They were fun and gave a purpose for the DVD combo pack. Well, they may be coming back soon enough.
Tom Holland was doing an interview with Uproxx and that's where he let the news slip. Of all of the people at Marvel, Tom has been the best source of leaks, to the point that they have had to be much more careful around him as of late. But he mentioned that the One-Shots may be coming back. In the interview, he was talking about wanting Paul Rudd to be in the sequel to Homecoming and if not in the sequel, he wants to do a short video with Ant-Man. The interviewer mentioned that they used to do one-shots to which Holland responded quite simply.
"Yeah. I think they are planning on doing it again. I probably spoiled a big spoiler. Kevin Feige's probably going to be furious."
Oh, Tom, you keep being you. It's just so Spider-Manny. Gotta keep up that Parker luck. I hope it's true. I would love to see more short videos that create more of the world that exists.
