Tom Holland Wants His Version of Spider-Man to Fight Venom

Ok, so I'm gonna start with a disclaimer. Nothing has been announced saying that Venom is gonna fight Spider-Man in any of the Marvel movies. If that's what you think this is, you can stop reading. I don't want to get your hopes up and have you destroy me in the comments. Not that you won't do that anyway. That being said...

OMG! TOM HOLLAND WANTS TO FIGHT VENOM! This is so exciting. I so very much want to see Venom done right in a film. And ya, I know Sony is technically making a Venom film not attached to the Spider-Man movies, but that's stupid, and the sooner Sony realizes how stupid that is, the better we all are.

In an interview with CB, Tom Holland was asked which villain he'd like to go up against and he gave his thoughts:

"Oh, well I love Doc Ock. I think Spider-Man 2 is one of the greatest superhero movies ever made. But I think Venom is someone I'd love to kick the crap out of one day."

God bless you Tom Holland. Every day I love you more and more. Spider-Man 2 IS one of the greatest superhero movies ever made. Personally, I'd love to see someone take on the role of Kraven in the Marvel Universe. But Venom would be wonderful too. Whether or not we actually get our wish remains to be seen. But the studios have said that the plans for the Spider-Man series which is to be played out similarly to Harry Potter with each year of school being a movie, may be subject to change. So... Fingers crossed.
