Teaser Trailer and Poster for the New Godzilla Film GODZILLA MINUS ONE

Toho has released a teaser trailer and poster for the production company’s thirtieth Godzilla film, Godzilla Minus One. This will be the first Japanese-produced Godzilla film since Shin Godzilla in 2016, which was a great freakin’ Godzilla movie! I’m excited for this next film in the franchise!

Toho President Koji Ueda also released the following statement: “Set in a post-war Japan, Godzilla Minus One will once again show us a Godzilla that is a terrifying and overwhelming force, which you already get a sense of from the teaser trailer and poster.”

The movie was written and directed by Takashi Yamazaki, and the trailer teases how terrifying and overpowering Godzilla is as it returns to cause destructive chaos again.

Godzilla Minus One will get a theatrical release in the United States on December 1st.
