Trailer Drops for the Southern Gothic Horror Film DEATH LETTER BLUES
Dark Sky Films has released the official trailer for Death Letter Blues, a Southern Gothic psychological horror thriller that marks the feature debut of filmmakers Michael Stevantoni and Strack Azar.
The story centers on Father Moss, a priest struggling with his faith, after the shocking death of “Feral Boy,” a local legend discovered in the woods as a child. Starring Sherman Augustus (Westworld), Karole Foreman, Ramsay Midwood, Arianna Ngnomire, and Keylor Leigh, this one promises a haunting mix of mystery, guilt, and supernatural dread.
The official synopsis sets the tone: “Dark is the night. Cold is the ground. A small town is rattled by the sudden and mysterious death of ‘Feral Boy,’ a local legend since his discovery in the woods as a child.
“Father Moss (Augustus), a priest with a loose grip on the faith, attempts to counsel the forlorn couple that raised the boy. He soon uncovers haunting parallels between this grisly incident and his own recurring nightmares.”
With its eerie atmosphere and psychological edge, Death Letter Blues looks like the kind of horror that lingers. Watch the trailer and prepare for a chilling trip into the shadows when it arrives on VOD and select theaters on August 8th.
