Trailer for Clint Eastwood's JERSEY BOYS

Clint Eastwood is an amazing director, and his latest project is a big screen adaptation of the Tony Award-winning Broadway musical Jersey Boys. It's definitely a very different kind of project for the director, but it looks like he did a great job bringing this story of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons to life. For those of you not familiar with these guys, we have a trailer for you to check out, and you're sure to recognize the classic songs in the film.

The film tells the story of four young men from the wrong side of the tracks in New Jersey who came together to form the iconic 1960s group The Four Seasons. The story of their trials and triumphs are accompanied by the songs that influenced a generation, including “Sherry,” “Big Girls Don’t Cry,” “Walk Like a Man,” “Dawn,” “Rag Doll,” “Bye Bye Baby,” “Who Loves You,” and many more.

The movie definitely has that familiar Eastwood vibe to it, and there's a bit more grittiness than I was expecting. With a solid story, good music, and a great director, I think this has the makings of a successful movie.

Jersey Boys stars John Lloyd Young, Erich Bergen, Michael Lomenda, Vincent Piazza, and Christopher Walken. It opens up in theaters on June 20th.
