Trailer For Disney+ Documentary STAN LEE Which Focuses on The Marvel Legend

Marvel Studios has released the trailer for the upcoming Disney+ documentary Stan Lee, which obviously focuses on Marvel Comics legend Stan Lee and his legacy, which continues to live on.

This doc was directed by David Gelb and it was made in celebration of his 100th birthday, which would've taken place on December 28th, 2022. When the doc was first announced it came with the caption: “100 years of dreaming. 100 years of creating. 100 years of Stan Lee.”

The film “weaves this footage together to tell the story of Lee’s life, both successes and pitfalls alike. Voice recordings are accompanied by archived interview clips, newsreels, and even clay models that immerse fans in his incredible yet complicated mind. Some of the writer’s closest colleagues, like Flo Steinberg, also provide their voices to this engaging film, which offers an intimate look at arguably the most influential comic publisher of all time.”

The doc will include footage and recordings of him talking about his life and career that were never seen by the public until now.

This looks like a wonderful documentary that will dive into the kind of person Stan Lee was and what his goals were for the comic book stories that he created. He left behind quite a legacy!

Disney+ will release Stan Lee on June 16th, 2023.
