Trailer for Elizabeth Banks' Medical Thriller A MISTAKE
Quiver Distribution has released the trailer for a medical drama thriller titled A Mistake, which stars Elizabeth Banks as a surgeon who is fighting for her career after making a mistake.
The story dives into the perilous aftermath of a split-second medical decision from surgeon Elizabeth Taylor (Banks), unfolding a thrilling exploration of the fatal ripple effects triggered by a single human error.
In the film, “Liz Taylor is a gifted surgeon the only female consultant working at her hospital. But while operating on a young woman, something goes horribly wrong.
“In the midst of a new scheme to publicly report surgeons’ performance, her colleagues begin to close ranks, and Elizabeth’s life is thrown into disarray.
“Tough and abrasive, Elizabeth has survived and succeeded in this most demanding field. But can she survive a single mistake?”
The movie was directed by Christine Jeffs (Sunshine Cleaning) ane the rest of the cast includes Mickey Sumner, Richard Crouchley, Simon McBurney, Fern Sutherland, Rena Owen, and Joel Tobeck.
A Mistake will be released in select theaters on September 20th. It looks like this is going to tell an intense story.
