Trailer For Family Vacation Comedy ALEXANDER AND THE TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, NO GOOD, VERY BAD ROAD TRIP
Disney+ has released the trailer for their family vacation comedy Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Road Trip, starring Eva Longoria, Jesse Garcia, Paulina Chávez, Rose Portillo, Cristo Fernández, Harvey Guillén, Mabel Cadena, Michelle Buteau, Thom Nemer, and Cheech Marin. The film is directed by Marvin Lemus and written by Matt Lopez.
The story is a kind of sequel spin on the classic book Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day, by Judith Viorst, which was made into a 2014 film starring Steve Carell and Jennifer Garner. My kids loved that movie, and this one looks like it might be a fun watch for the younger crowd as well.
The synopsis reads:
“This March, the Garcias are going on a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad road trip. Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Road Trip follows the 11-year-old Alexander and his family as they embark on a dream Spring Break vacation to Mexico City only to have all their plans go terribly wrong when they discover a cursed idol. The family is put to the test until they resolve to return the idol to its rightful home.”
Check out the trailer below, and watch Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Road Trip when it’s released on Disney+ on March 28th.
