Trailer For Florence Pugh and Morgan Freeman's Emotional Drama of Hope A GOOD PERSON From Director Zack Braff

“Sometimes we find hope where we least expect it.”

MGM has released the first trailer for writer and director Zack Braff’s latest film project A Good Person. The movie stars Florence Pugh and Morgan Freeman and this is an emotional drama of hope.

The story sees Pugh take on the role of Allison, “a young woman with a wonderful fiance, a blossoming career, and supportive family and friends. However, her world crumbles in the blink of an eye when she survives an unimaginable tragedy, emerging from recovery with anopioid addiction and unresolved grief. In the following years, she forms an unlikely friendship with her would-be father-in-law that gives her a fighting chance to put her life back together and move forward.”

This movie looks like it’ll take audiences on quite an emotional rollercoaster, but I think in the end, it will leave you feeling happy and hopeful. When talking about making the movie with Braff, who previously helmed Garden State, Wish I Was Here, and Going in Style, Pugh said, “The movie that we made together genuinely was probably one of my most favourite experiences. It felt like a very natural and easy thing to do.”

A Good Person is scheduled to hit theaters on March 24, 2023. The movie also stars Celeste O’Connor, Zoe Lister-Jones, and Molly Shannon.
