Trailer For Gerard Butler and Mike Colter's Action Thriller Movie PLANE
Lionsgate has released a new trailer for Gerard Butler and Mike Colter's upcoming action thriller Plane, which sees the two caught in a war zone and trying to save the passengers of a plane that was forced to land during a dangerous storm. This movie looks like it will be filled with ridiculous action movie fun, which is par for the course for Butler.
In the “white-knuckle action movie”, pilot Brodie Torrance (Butler) “saves his passengers from a lightning strike by making a risky landing on a war-torn island - only to find that surviving the landing was just the beginning. When most of the passengers are taken hostage by dangerous rebels, the only person Torrance can count on for help is Louis Gaspare (Colter), an accused murderer who was being transported by the FBI. In order to rescue the passengers, Torrance will need Gaspare’s help, and will learn there’s more to Gaspare than meets the eye.”
The rest of the ensemble cast includes Yoson An, Paul Ben-Victor, Daniella Pineda, Remi Adeleke, Joey Slotnick, Evan Dane Taylor, Claro de los Reyes, and Tony Goldwyn.
Plane is directed by French filmmaker Jean-François Richet (Assault on Precinct 13), and it will hit theaters nationwide starting January 13th, 2023.
