Trailer For Helen Hunt's Inspiring Volleyball Drama THE MIRACLE SEASON
Usually, when you go to a movie like Star Wars: The Last Jedi, fans are treated with some trailers for some big budget, high profile films that are going to build the hype among fans. So when I took my wife to go see The Last Jedi, it was a surprise to see a trailer pop up for a volleyball drama starring Helen Hunt called The Miracle Season. It seems like they might be hitting the wrong crowd with this one, but it's certainly going to get a ton of exposure! Regardless of all that, it looks like a decent film that tells an inspiring story, and there's nothing wrong that.
After the tragic death of star volleyball player Caroline "Line" Found, a team of dispirited high school girls must band together under the guidance of their tough-love coach in hopes of winning the state championship.
The Miracle Season will be released on May 13th, 2018.
