Trailer for Kevin Smith's Long-Awaited Film CLERKS III
As promised, the first trailer for Kevin Smith’s long-awaited Clerks III has dropped, and it looks like a wonderful, fun, and meta film. I have no doubt that Clerks fans are going to love this flick.
I’m a fan of the first two films, and I enjoy the characters that they’ve introduced us to. We’re now going to be able to catch up with those characters and see their story continue as they set out to make a movie. I’m happy to see that Smith had another story to tell with these characters.
In Clerks III, “following a massive heart attack, Randal Graves (Jeff Anderson) enlists Dante Hicks (Brian O'Halloran), Elias (Trevor Gregory Fehrman), Jay (Jason Mewes), and Silent Bob (Smith) to make a movie immortalizing his life at the convenience store that started it all.” The returning cast includes Rosario Dawson as Becky.
The movie was inspired by Smith’s own experience after having a heart attack. You can tell this is a personal film for Smith. Clerks III will hit theaters on September 13th and 15th. Check out the trailer and let us know what youthink!
