Trailer for Lena Headey and Sam Worthington's Action Thriller 9 BULLETS
Screen Media Films has released the trailer for another generic action thriller titled 9 Bullets, which stars Lena Headey (Game of Thrones) and Sam Worthington (Avatar). Regardless of the cast, this movie doesn’t look very good. I don’t know how these kinds of films continue to get made. Who is watching them!?
In 9 Bullets, “A former burlesque dancer turned author (Headey) discovers a second chance at life and redemption when she risks everything to rescue her young neighbor after he witnesses his parents murder. Now on the run from the local crime boss (Worthington), who just so happens to be her longtime ex, she makes a desperate attempt to get the boy to safety.”
The movie was directed by Gigi Gaston (Rip It Off), and it’s described as "an action-packed thriller about the human spirit, second chances, and life's unexpected turns." The movie also stars Dean Scott Vasquez, La La Anthony, and Barbara Hershey.
9 Bullets will be released in select US theaters and on VOD on April 22nd, 2022.
