Trailer For Marvel's New Animated Series AVENGERS: BLACK PANTHER'S QUEST
Marvel has released the first trailer for their upcoming animated series, Avengers: Black Panther's Quest. They are obviously looking to capitalize on the success of Black Panther, which raked in over $700 million at the domestic box office.
The series is a standalone adventure that is not part of the MCU, but it follows Black Panther and his sister Shuri as they embark on a journey and along the way they enlist the help of Iron Man and Captain America. Here's are some details on the series from Yahoo:
"The animated series will pit Black Panther against a collection of old and new foes, all as it depicts his struggle to balance his responsibilities to his homeland and his newfound duties as a member of the Avengers. That tension between protecting his people and using his powers for global good will reportedly be the heart of the show."
Marvel's animated series could use a major overhaul. It seems like the quality of these shows just seem to get worse and worse. There's an audience of kids out there, though, that love 'em.
Marvel's Avengers: Black Panther's Quest is set to premiere on September 23rd at 9 pm ET on DisneyXD.
