Trailer For Michael Caine's True Crime Heist Film KING OF THIEVES
We’ve got a trailer to share with you today from Saban Films for a new movie called King of Thieves. Michael Caine stars in the heist film alongside Jim Broadbent (Harry Potter), Tom Courtenay (45 Years), Michael Gambon (The King’s Speech), Ray Winstone (The Departed) and Charlie Cox (Daredevil).
The movie is based on the true life crime of a “crew of retired crooks who pull off a major heist in London’s jewelry district. What starts off as their last criminal hurrah quickly turns into a brutal nightmare due to greed.”
The story revolves around the April 2015 Hatton Garden Safe Deposit Company burglary in which robbers allegedly stole over £14 million worth of loot in the biggest heist in UK history.
The movie was directed by James Marsh (The Theory of Everything) and it looks like a great movie!
King of Thieves will hit theaters on January 25th, 2019.
